Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However, certain items, like 3D-printed products and custom-painted items, may take longer to ship. This is due to the time needed for careful production and for multiple coats of paint to be applied and dried between stages. Once completed, you’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
    •    Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
    •    Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
    •    Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to keep our shipping costs reasonable while ensuring your items arrive safely.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand to bring SlothAndLlama products worldwide!

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
